Dog is purebred.Pedigree, if furnished, is correct.

Every effort has been made by seller to insure dog is delivered in a healthy sound condition. Puppy has received

proper vaccinations and deworming at appropriate age.

A licensed veterinarian must examine pup within 48 hours of receipt and seller must be notified by email of results of this examination by midnight of day of exam. During inital exam, should your veterinarian find the puppy to be in poor health risk or detect any phyical health problems that require further veterinary care(other than required vaccinations and/or treatment for any type of parasite or bacteria, internal or external) you must contact seller within 24 hours. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giarrdia, parasites, or any other type of bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.

Buyer agrees to provide the pup with routine preventative care such as but not limited to:

Annual phyical exam by your vet.
Follow vet guidelines on deworming, vaccinations, and heartworm prevention
Provide premium food
House the animal correctly, no chains in the backyard
Pup is guaranteed againt Parvo virus and Distemper for 48 hours unpon arrival to buyer. Buyer must have ELISA test performed within 48 hours if claming either viruses.
This puppy is guaranteed until 1 year of age against fatel and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the animals health this includes severe hip dysplasia, which hampers a dogs movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas,spine, and liver problems os a sever threatening nature. if this puppy dies within one year time frame, the buyer will pay to have a necropsy done and if reason is found to be congential, the seller will replace the puppy.
Seller is not responsible for any vet bills. Buyer is aware that owning a pet means trips to the vet and vet bills and understanding that he/she will be responsible for any and all vet bills.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
Amimal must show the defect by 1 year of age. seller must be notified of problem within two business days of licensed veterinarian's determination and have two reports from two unassocaited veterinarians stating the same problem. This must be written on the veterinarian's letterhead stationary.
Provide legible copies of the puppy's medical records showing regular veterinary check ups, current vaccinations, deworming and heartworm prevention.
A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy. If puppy is euthanized without sellers's premission, this guarantee will bee null and viod and no replacement will be given.
This guarantee does not include include uneven bites, undescendend testicles,demodex mange,inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, worms, ticks, or ear mites, coccidia, and kennel cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting, like the common cold and must runn its course. Kennel cough on it's own is not life threatening.
There are certin disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunctions,demdodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders.
Puppy's hips and elbows are guarenteed for the first year from dysplasia casused by a genetic defect as deemed by two licensed veternarians of breeders choice. Guarantee does not include dysplasia from, but not limited to the following:
Poor Nutrition
Over supplementation
mistreatment
Trauma
Injury from jumping or falling
Accidents not in the breeders control
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. No cash refunds.
Returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than specified problem at the buyer expense The buyer will then qualify for ta replacement puppy.
Replacement puppy will be agreed upon by both buyer and seller but may not be from the same litter. puppy will be replaced when a suitalbe puppy of the same quality becomes available.
1. If for any reason buyer resuses replacement puppy under any circumstance then this agreement shall be considered completed and fulfilled and no other replacement puppy will be offered. Buyer understands that any momies paid to seller will be forfeited, and there are no cash refunds.
Any phyical problems, which is or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this guarantee.

Ther is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of breeding or show potential.

This contract is good for the original buyer and is not transferable.

If at any point you cannot care for or keep your puppy for any reason, the animal must be returned to the breeder at once. Breeder retain first right of refusal on all animals. If this puppy is given or sold to a third party without the sellers consent this agreement is viod.

This agreement is null and void if the term and conditions are not fulfilled. By signing the agreement both parties parties agree to be bound by all terms set forth and that the buyer will take proper care of thier new puppy. Th e buyer fully agrees that if it is found that your puppy is mistreated, neglected, or abbused, and such acts have endangered the health or mental state of this animal, the animal will be returned at once free of charge to the breeder, You also fully agree that there will be no refunds or replacements in the above type avents.
